Message from Steph, RMT – Upcoming Short Leave & Schedule Update
Online booking is CLOSED until further notice.
To book an appointment, please text or leave a voicemail at (226) 400-9004. Once you reach out, you are placed in the queue.
We are managing bookings this way so we can carefully review the schedule and try to accommodate as much as possible. Please provide multiple available days and times when messaging.
At this time, new client intake is limited and not being prioritized.
Please review the updates below outlining availability from February through October. As a patient, you will also receive email updates accordingly.
FEBRUARY
February is fully booked. At this time, availability is only possible if someone cancels.
If a cancellation comes from our end, we will do our best to reschedule you within the month or as close as possible so we can still accommodate you.
If you cancel your appointment, rescheduling may be difficult due to limited availability.
Shorter appointments (30–45 minutes) may occasionally be accommodated if space allows, but this is not guaranteed.
MARCH
March has limited availability. At the time of this announcement, there are still openings mid to end of the month. These spots are limited and may fill quickly.
If you are viewing this later, those openings may already be taken. Additional availability will depend on cancellations or shorter appointment options if available.
APRIL- SPOTS STILL OPEN
Starting in April, my availability will gradually decrease.
You may still book an appointment; however, appointments during this time are not guaranteed. We may only be able to accommodate what is available at that moment.
Appointments will be confirmed closer to the scheduled date. If you do not receive a text from us regarding changes, your appointment remains confirmed. If adjustments are needed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Rescheduling may be limited due to reduced availability, but we will always try our best to accommodate when possible.
There is also a possibility of unexpected therapist cancellations due to personal circumstances. If this occurs, we will notify you right away and provide next steps.
MAY- SPOTS STILL OPEN
May will follow a similar structure to April, with even fewer available appointments. We may pause intake completely and focus only on patients currently on the waitlist.
Rescheduling may become more difficult at this point, but we will try to accommodate when possible.
JUNE – JULY – AUGUST
I will not be taking appointments during these months.
AUGUST – SEPTEMBER
We may slowly begin picking up bookings toward the end of this period as I gradually return and reopen my schedule.
OCTOBER
Online booking is expected to reopen, and availability will begin to expand again.
I just need to take some time to deal with personal matters. This is temporary and nothing alarming — but it does require us to make these adjustments now so we can prepare properly ahead of time.
We truly appreciate your patience, cooperation, and flexibility as we navigate these upcoming months. We will continue to update you if anything changes and notify you right away when needed.

Waitlist and Unposted Dates: If the online booking dates are full, we may have extra space available. Please text us right away if you’re interested in being added to the waitlist or if you’d like to check for unposted dates. In this case, message us directly so we can find a suitable time for you.
Treatment Environment: Thrive RMT is a home-based clinic, with all treatments conducted at a residential location. However, there is a designated treatment room, offering a setup similar to that of commercial clinics.
Safety Protocols: Thrive RMT is committed to following strict infection prevention control protocols and safety procedures when booking and treating patients. We ensure that the clinic is not crowded, with treatments conducted on a one-on-one basis.
Sanitization: Every area of the clinic is thoroughly sanitized to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Insurance Fraud: Please remember that we only want straightforward billing—no insurance fraud or any illegal transactions will be tolerated.
Aesthetic Services: In this regard, please remember that our aesthetic services are not and will not be billed through any insurance company. You will only receive a regular receipt with no RMT registration number, as these services are not part of insurance coverage nor considered to be massage therapy.
Pricing: The prices posted for massage therapy services represent the "before HST" or "before tax" pricing. Therefore, the final price would be the posted price plus HST.
